1. Sign Up!

Join the challenge by clicking one of the sign up buttons on this website, emailing byubestfork@gmail.com, or by

visiting the National Nutrition Month booth in the WILK (every Thursday in

March from 11am -1pm).

2. Improve Your Nutrition!

Follow the contest calendar each day by “[Putting] your best fork forward” and making

a small change to develop healthy eating habits.

3. Report Your Success!

At the end of each week, complete the survey emailed to you and report on how

many days out of the week (Sunday-Saturday) you successfully completed

the challenges. Completing more than 4 out of the 7 daily challenges enters you in a drawing to win $10 for lunch anywhere on campus!

4. Share With Others!

Earn one additional entry each week by posting a picture of yourself participating

in the challenge on Facebook or Instagram.  Be sure to use the hashtag. #byubestfork

5. Win Money!

Each week winners will be notified and given $25 prize money (Cougar

Cash) that can be spent buying lunch at the Pendulum Court (ESC), or

anywhere else on campus. The participants who complete each daily

challenge will be entered to win a grand prize of $50 at the end of the month!
